Introduction and Application of Non standard Container Reactor

Reaction vessel equipment (reaction kettle) is widely used in industrial production fields and scientific research such as chemistry, pesticides, medicine, metallurgy, food, printing and dyeing. It is mainly used to stir high-precision and insoluble media. Since its establishment, our company has designed and manufactured various reaction vessels of different specifications and materials according to the different requirements of users, and has also provided supporting production for dozens of domestic pharmaceutical, chemical, printing and dyeing, food and other production enterprises.

The reaction kettle consists of a kettle body, a lid, a stirrer, a support and transmission device, a shaft seal device, an overflow tank, etc., and is equipped with an electric heating rod and temperature and pressure gauges.

Due to differences in production processes and operating conditions among users, they are generally classified according to structural types: closed type reaction vessels, open type flat cover reaction vessels, and open type welded flange reaction vessels. Shaft sealing devices are divided into packing seals and mechanical seals, and mixing types include anchor type, slurry type, pot wheel type, push type, or frame type. The number of openings, specifications, or other requirements can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.

A heating source is usually placed inside the jacket, and there are inlet and outlet pipes, overflow measurement, venting and other connecting holes on the jacket. The outer wall of the jacket is welded with a support, and there is a discharge port at the bottom of the pot body.
